I just started working third shift as a prosessor. That includes lifting 50+ pound boxes and sorting through them to find clothes to hang prior to putting them on the sales floor. I do ALOT of heavy lifting, bending and walking. I work full time, five days a week, nine hours a night. The back and foot pain i’m experiencing is so severe, that I don’t know what to do. Quitting this job is not an option. Also, I have no help with my work because i’m the only one working in my department. I’ve tried everything from athletic shoes, to Epsom Salt, and insoles. Nothing helps. My doctor has put me on very strong pain meds and they don’t help either (And my Chiropractor said there wasn’t much he’d be able to do to help). Z-Coil shoes are also not an option. I exersize and elevate my feet every morning when I get home, but the pain always comes back as soon as I get back to work. Is there ANYTHING I can do? I’m at the end of my rope. I really need help.
would someone please make me several outfits for this summer?

FFF or some shoe/athletic corporation?
So i’m a 14 year old on the freshmen basketball team. And lately, i’ve been practicing A LOT. My 3 point percent has gone WAY up, and i’m playing better overall. I’m also working with a personal athletic trainer to help me with my athletic ability which would in turn, help me a lot in basketball. Now I’m really confident i’m gonna get good in less than a year, but i just wanna know your opinions. I’m 5′11″ w/shoes, 150 lbs, and i’m probably gonna be on the sophomore team because no one thinks i’m good. I just can’t wait to prove them wrong, i’m really starting to work my ass off. You think i have a chance to go far and go to varsity my next year (after i play for sophomore)?
