Open Question: How can my friend make her outfits look cute while following the strict dress code of her school?
Tuesday, May 13th, 2008This is the dress code for the high school she will be attending:
Girls:
• Casual or dress pants, Capri or standard length of any plain* fabric.
Exception: denim jeans of any style of color are not allowed.
• Pants must be worn at the waistline.
• Female students also may wear skirts, no shorter than knee length, of any
plain* fabric. Exception: denim jean pants or skirts of any style or color are
not allowed.
• Standard polo shirts of any plain* fabric with shirts with short or long
sleeves and a placket (neck opening) no longer than 6 ¾ inches.
• All shirts must be tucked in.
• Sweaters or approved sweatshirts may only be worn with a tucked-in polo
shirt underneath.
• Casual shoes, dress shoes, athletic shoes, or sandals with heel straps.
How can she make her outfits look cute? She really doesn’t want to go to this school and I just wanna cheer her up by letting her know she could still look good. Oh, makeup and jewelry without crosses isnt allowed.
*Plain is defined as material that has no writing, symbols, slogans, messages, or
pictures of any kind. A small trademark, pocket-type symbol is allowed.
