Open Question: School checklist, do you think it’s good…?

Wednesday, July 2nd, 2008

Ok, you may think this is early but I’m going on vacation for a month in about two weeks and then when I get back there’ll only be about one more week till school starts, so I have to plan now. Do you think this is enough clothing to start the year off? I’ll buy more clothes as the year progresses, maybe half-way through.

Sweaters - 2
Hoodies - 4
Brand T-shirts - 6
Graphic Tees - 2
Knit-tops - 3
Jeans - 2
Capris - 1
Fleece pants - 2
Regular pants - 1
Athletic shoes - 1
Converse one star flip-flops - 1
Accessories - Idk… still deciding, lots?

I’ll handle the under-garments and stuff. I already have a plaid pair of flats I’ll keep, and a pair of sandals; so I’ll have 4 shoes in total. I also have two dressy bottoms, and two dressy tops. My budget will be around $350, do you think that’s reasonable?

I need suggestions! Thanks!

I would like something really cute for my athletic shoes and casual shoes! I have a foot that is growing rappidly and well, lets just say it is getting big. Anyways, I am going into 7th grade and at my school for shoes the toes have to be covered and you have to have a back. I am leaning towards getting Wallabees but I would also like another pair of casual shoes. I also need some athletic shoes or cute casual shoes that will do the job for the athletic shoes! Open Question: multiple excercise questions?

Wednesday, July 2nd, 2008

my situation: so coming out of my freshman year in college, ive gained… lets just say a little more than the freshman 15 -_- so ive decided to run around my neighborhood a couple times (im gonna guess its about 1.5-2.5 miles total) at around 11pm. so here are my questions:
1. what is the best time (if there is one) to run? i run late at night because its much cooler especially in souther california but i would sweat more during the day?

2. im running in skater shoes (cuz i dont own a pair of running shoes since im not much of an athlete) and i know that skater shoes have a much greater risk of messing up my ankle, but are there and other significant difference running in athletic shoes?

3. should i focus on running longer before i have to rest, or increasing the overall distance i run each night? eventually i want to do both but is there one i should focus on first?

4. are there any other excercising tips/routines youd recommend that would help me get in shape?

thanks a bunch :D
