Okay, so I asked before about another one, and I guess that wasn’t the greatest, so I’ve decided that I’ll put together another outfit and see how that one goes! I’m going into 8th grade, so something appropriate please for an almost high schooler. P.S. I didn’t list any of the jewelry cause I want to firgure that out on my own (and I have too much to list!)
OUTFIT ONE:
A plain (but good fitting and cute) tee. White athletic shorts (Soffes?). Knee socks (color to be determined by shoes and shirt colors). And these sneakers in sea green OR pink and black:

hi im a 17 year old male i play squash regular about 2-3 times a week, i consider myself very fit and athletic but sometimes after ive played i get an aching pain in my left knee its not really painful but it is annoying and hurts a fair bit, anyway it goes away after a couple days or so, but i just wondered why i get this i think its simply just overuse? i dont think its my footwear i use prince nfs indoor II shoes and there fine. anyway ive just played 3 days straight quite vigourously and now ive got the same problem, and it seems abit more painful this time, anyway does anyone reccomend any knee strengthing exercises or should i just simply take a day or two gap between matches?
