I have uber-flat feet, and today I just got my new (and painful) inserts/orthodics/torture devices. My podiatrist vetoed most of my current athletic shoes (Adidas Bounces and Nike Shox), and I’m sure he’s going to have a heart attack once he sees my basketball and volleyball shoes (Nike Vis Air Elites and Asic Gel Rocket 4s).
He wants me to get some new balances, but the kind he wants me to get, are, in my opinion, hideous. At my school, we’re required to wear athletic shoes, and having cool ones, however childish and petty that may sound, is important to me.
My question is, are there any Nike/Adidas/Puma shoes that have good stability and support? I’d like it if the shoes were close to my current style.

i normally wear slip on vans or converse, but my dad wants me to get “athletic shoes”…yuuuuckk….anyway i think i can get away with almost any sneaker WITH arch support and a not-so-thick sole….i hate nikes and asics and sketchers, and well almost all of them! maaayyyybbbbee new balance (but thats kind of a stretch…heehee)…..so does anyone have preferably plain and simple shoes with arch support and a not-so-thick sole??

Hmm I don’t have much money xD But I already have a few things so maybe 200-250 for school probably less. I want lots of totes becuase id like them to match all my outfits since i wont be using a backpack this year ( I really hate them) i have one pair of sunglasses but i want those hugewhite rimkmed ones too. Dx I already have a huge pink and brown tote but nothing to match it. so i need clothes for that. is there a tote that would match like alot of clothes? should I get a huge rainbow one?
I have huge feet. I’m only 5′6 too. When I was little like 4th grade my feet got really big. I was growing out of shoes every month. Now that Im in High School (I’m 15) last year my normal size was a 9 in womens but its now like 10 and 11 in women. That’s like an 8 or 9 in guys just to let you know. I wear converse and those are pretty much the only shoe I can get in my size most of the time. Athletic shoes come in 10 but they feel to tight and I can’t ever find 11’s. I just wonder if its a real turn off for you if a girl has big feet.
Well I was just wondering people always hate on my big feet. I feel bad sometimes too cause sometimes I have bigger feet than some of the guys I know.
